Statement of Need

The online formative assessment aims to provide clinicians with current treatment guidelines and clinical data of available antiplatelet therapies so that patients experience the highest quality of life after treatment. Additionally, this activity will help increase clinician awareness with regard to the variability of response inherent with standard antiplatelet therapy. Strategies to prevent and/or manage associated complications and outcomes are highlighted.
